If you try to comprehend the journey traveled by your people, you can see how may unexplored things are concealed by history, our wise people have always reverently treated those who led and lighted such journey, the sons of the steppe always lifted their khans on a white koshma (felt blanket) and have never not forgotten their heroes.

The program article of the President "The course for the future: spiritual revival" is perceived by the people as a platform of renewal and spiritual development of Kazakhstan. This article has become a kind of powerful impetus to the awakening of national identity and spirituality, calls for uniting in one strong family, raising the spirit of the people, becoming a strong, sustainable state.

One of such national heroes who were always ready to sacrifice their own lives, for the sake of the common cause, was the real son of his people, a native of Burlin district - Zholbarys batyr.

The valuable information is collected about this unique and brave person. In the archives of the cities of Russia Orenburg and St. Petersburg, documents were found which confirm the importance and nobility of his deeds and actions committed in the name of the interests of the people . Journalists and historians - local lore experts,  even ordinary residents, who are not indifferent to the history and fate of their native land, are engaged in searching and collecting information about the legendary ancestor.

Honoring the good name of the heroic ancestors and communicating their historical significance to the younger generation calls for everyone's involvement. To love the country, the land, the Motherland does not mean shouting about it to everyone and his uncle, this is the result of fruitful work aimed at certain goals.

The regional mass media has published many publications about the chief  Zholbarys batyr. This cause must be continued in the future.

Currently the work is under way to perpetuate the hero's name, an action plan has been set up  for large-scale events, certain actions were implemented - a memorial tombstone in the Tuyeshi cemetery where he was buried is restored, his grave is included in the book "Holy Places in the land of Kazakhstan".

In the hometown of batyr - Aksai, the scientific and practical conference dedicated to the memory of this historical person is planned, where well-known historians from Almaty and Uralsk will come together and  local museum staff will   also contribute as speakers. And also it is planned to hold sport events, to publish the brochure "Zholbarys batyr", to commence construction of the monument at the grave, all these activities are planned for the nearest time.

All these works, of course, require financial costs.

Therefore, the public fund "Urpaktar" (Generations) was set up, the current account was opened. We call on all those who want to contribute to this noble cause, all descendants, relatives of the batyr, indifferent residents, institutions and organizations, public associations to provide feasible material (construction materials) and financial assistance.
